Physical Prints and Wall Art
Every print, canvas, and piece of wall art is made-to-order just for you. Because of this custom production process, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or accidental orders.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your print arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.

What to include: Your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in.
3. Photography Services & Session Bookings
For photoshoots, event bookings, and portrait sessions, the following cancellation and rescheduling terms apply:
Retainers/Deposits: The booking fee/deposit required to secure your session date is non-refundable, as it reserves time that cannot be booked by other clients.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your session. Your deposit may be transferred to a future date (subject to availability).
Cancellations by Dartistdoyle.com: In the rare event that we must cancel due to illness, extreme weather, or unforeseen emergencies, you will receive a 100% refund of all fees paid, including the deposit.
